Touring - Touring Cargo Net

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

When I tour I end up bungeeing (pretty sure that is not a word but hopefully you know what I am saying) some of my wet stuff down as I ride to help dry it out. I once stopped in a bike shop in Wisconsin during a tour and saw a bicycle cargo net that you could clip across your rack and easily use for drying. I almost bought it but for some reason decided not too and now I cant find it again. Does anyone use this and have any idea where I could buy one for a bike? I could probably make one (although I am terrible at sewing anything) but would prefer just to purchase one somewhere.
REI and probably nashbar and performance sell elastic net with hooks for a rack for about $5.00.

Red or black, $7.99 (tax and shipping extra?). Got mine a small one-man LBS. Any place that sells the Air Zound horn, also made by Delta, should be able to get a cargo net for you.
