For those of you in or around Wisconsin's Chippewa Valley, the Chippewa Off-Road Bike Association is having its annual membership meeting next week. We recently got clearance from the city of Eau Claire to start building a new trail system in town, so we'll be talking about those plans, as well as discussing other activities in '09.
