At the moment I am suffering from pain in my right hip. I could not really pin point where it is, there are certain position where I feel a sharp pain, and at other times there is no pain at all.
The pain usually is at worst at night, I could hardly move my leg w/o feeling the pain. In the morning, the pain is bearable, and I can do my regular activities, but have been off the saddle since the pain started yesterday.
2 days ago, I rode a fast(34+kmh) 80km ride.. I didn't feel any pain after the activity. The day after(yesterday), we went to the beach, and I managed to eat every food I wanted to avoid -- pork, ice-cream, chocolate..
I felt the pain when I got home (evening).. So my question is, is the pain caused by my cycling? the food? or something else?
Anyone had similar experinces?
BTW, I'm 24 and Overweight:)
