just like the title says guys. I did my first tri earlier this year and i completely loved it. There are two more sprint tris coming up in april one on the 5th and the other on the 19th. Should i do both or just one? thank you all in advance for your expert opinions

I think you could do both of them. They are two weeks apart, that is plenty of recovery time for such a short race.

I would say you could do it.

2 weeks is plenty of recovery time, especially for that distance. I'm doing my first XTERRA on a Sunday, and my first HIM on the next Saturday.

It will be no problem, after my first sprint I was only sore for a day until I did a nice easy recovery swim. Gotta get some blood flowing through

Do both! I WISH there were two sprint tri's in my area that were even close enough for me to consider doing both!!

No problem. It's not really any different than doing two hard 90-120 min workouts. Go for it. Have fun.

If you have been training regularly, you could do a sprint once a week, there is really nothing to them....about 1:30 max, most guys train longer than that every day.

Do it. If you're already "in shape" and ready to go for the first one, the rest are easy. Won't even have to worry about training other than maybe a light workout or two somewhere in the middle.
