Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - The Post Yourself Without a Shirt Thread!

Inspired by the other guy's thread, I've also been watching my diet. Diet change alone I'm down to 238 after pushing 250 for the last 3 years. Boss is a runner so we talk exercise often. Lastnight he said, "'wow, you're dropping weight". Nice when others notice. Along with a few other riders that have said they can see it. Some say it's noticable in the face. I guess I had a fat face!:D

Only 12 or 13 lbs but I see I can really feel it in the pants and on the bike. When the weather and snow clear on the mtn roads, I'll hit them hard. I'm sure I'll drop a few more changing the ride habits too. Prepping for a big mtn ride in June. Hope to lose 18 more and be down to 220 by then.

So c'mon, post up for some motivation!:thumb:

I have scars on my abdomen from numerous surgeries, and scars beneath my ex-man-boobs from plastic surgery that look a bit "odd" to say the least.

OK,You asked for it. First off, how do you even look at yourself in the mirror with all that hair on the top of your head. You probably have to lean over to see yourself in the mirror because of your above average height. I wont even get started on your youth. To add insult to injury, you throw those guns around like there not even loaded. Just because I'm fat, bald and over 40 should not deminish the above stated facts. And no. I am not JEALOUS!

On a side note, I am continually inspired by my fellow clydes willingness to divulge themselves. You give me strength and hope that I my someday have the courage to go shirtless, if even just to pass my living room window with the blinds drawn.

You guys need to post heights too so we can compare to ourselves if we love more weight. BTW, I am not posting a picture just yet at 6'4'' 260. I am still too self-conscious even after being 320. Maybe at 230, but problem is I have been at the 260 for about a year and a half and need to watch what I eat again.

Im 5'9.75 and weight 205ish. I still wouldnt post a pic until Im under 200lb. I still have love handles and it isnt pretty :(

I never go shirtless either in public, tanktops but not shirtless. Gina says I should when I'm at 220 but just not me.
