Well..my team in training website finally goes live after months of work. Just figured I'd post it down here in the bloggers forum as that seems to be primarily what it is. Hopefully many enchancements yet to come!

Hi, just looked at your site, I know they are endless hard work but if I may make one suggestion,
the typeface and dark background make for a hard read. try a slightly larger type face with more contrast.

Thanks for the feedback merckx. I took your advice and changed the color combo around a little. I also picked a more readable font/size combination.
Is this any better (aside from my banner being out of sync in terms of color now).

Or change font colour to black and background to white or less dramatic colour.
