Hi folks, just signed up. I got into building bikes back in college at UC Davis and hacked together a couple of bikes while I had access to all sorts of welding equipment (but very little bicycle knowledge other than I liked to ride them!). A couple of years ago I got into electric bikes and started welding away again. In the past half year I've tried to focus on improving the quality of the work I do and building up my shop. For a long while it was just me and some burning man bikes, a sawzall, a torch, and a cordless drill in the kitchen of my girlfriends apartment. Luckily I've got a garage now and an growing assortment of tools and skill. Attached is a photo of my latest completed creation.

Very cool tandem recumbent!!! Way better than anything I've tackled. I managed to weld together a 6 foot unicycle years ago. However the welds were pretty ugly. That's when I was in my 20's and didn't realize the risk I was taking riding on a lousily welded unicycle frame. LOL.
