Bicycle Mechanics - 23mm road tyres on Alex SOLO rims?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I can't seem to find any specs for the Alex Solo rims online. I wanted to get some road tyres to replace the WTB terrainasauras that come stock on my San Jose. Will 23mm fit the rim, I would prefer 25s, but the 23s are very cheap on probikekit, so why not save the 15 bucks and get those I am thinking.
Just wanted to double check and make sure I wasn't making a bad purchase!

You can use this chart on a guide. Going slightly outside of the limits likely won't hurt anything.

If you haven't pulled the labels off, all Alex rims are marked with size. Diameter, and inside rim width.

If you measure the width of the rim and it is narrower than the tires (approx. 23mm) on the outside, then you are good to go. I personally use Alex DH22 (~22mm wide on the outside) rims with 700X23 tires and I have no problems.
However, if there was a reason you were going to get 25mm wide tires (rough roads? want more comfort?) then $15 is a poor reason to comprimise, IMHO.
