We looking for a metric or century ride next weekend (Feb 27 of 28) somewhere gererally near Interstate 20 and 10 anywhere between Dallas and Phoenix....any suggestions??

Chiricahua is an awesome site to behold, I haven't done this route on a bike, just a car. If it was warmer I would suggest Tombstone and Bisbee (4,XXX feet) trip.
