Yep. Most of the SoCal TT Series races do not have pre-reg. Fiesta Island is a notable exception.

Go to USA cycling site and look for it on there. There is a link on there that will download a flyer in word format.

A good number of my teammates cannot make the trip to SLO (being students and having work, etc...), so we'll be doing the santiago TT instead. Be sure to say hi.
