The Outdoor Life Network in Canada carries very few cycling programs other than the TDF. Their affiliate in the US now known as Versus has "Cyclysm Sundays" where i understand they dedicate a large portion of Sunday to cycling shows or races. They have covered the Tour of California extensively. The Tour of California website lists 91 countries which have TV coverage, but not Canada. Perhaps if enough people express an interest, OLN may start carrying some of the programming from Versus. If you google OLN and click on the contact us link you could send an email expressing interest.
