Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Why not be self deserving you deserve it. I'm now at 220lbs from 305. 6'1" so about the same hieght as you. I'm gunning for 190lbs then revaluate and make a new goal. Cycling has taken over my life and would love to eventually see 175lbs.
Thanks My Doc say 210 to 220 would be a good weight for my frame thou he says ideal in his opinion 195 would be perfect ! But one step at a time .
I never thought I would be happy giving away thousands a $$$$$ in clothes thou OMG :)

No thanks, I never want to see a 56 waist again. Here's what one looks like, in case you forgot:

When I got rid of my size 60 suit and size 22 dress shirts, they and the rest of my 'fat' clothes went to Goodwill. I've already promised my 52 Longs to another Bike Forums poster when I can no longer wear them. Now to see about shrinking out of them. :)
As an aside, one of my suits is a gift from a poster here - he lost 60 some pounds, and it didn't fit him anymore. It fits me OK, but it's a black synthetic 4-button style that makes me look like I should be interviewed on ESPN. :)
HMM, we have the Trading thread. Why not post what you got to there, and have the takers pay for shipping?
