+1. Good call. You can also post on the site any questions or comments. Alex and his crew will answer when there is time to sift through the debris.

There is also live-chat where someone is generally there at 8:00pm PST (West Coast USA). Follow the instructions. The chat-site is not currently manned much as the owner is busy making a living in the winter. But new schedules will be posted as they become available:

2 hours and 45 minutes. I just watched the bar taping section again, and it is really pretty good. I remember thinking they didn't quite cover everything I would have liked, but there is a lot there.
