OK, firstly I have already searched through here and I AM going to do it the Sheldon way (big big).
But I do have one qquestion, I have used a couple of online chain length calculators. My chainstay is 43cm, my LF is 44T and my LR is 34T. And according to the online calculators I need 55 links.
Now here is my query - my chain says 114 links. It won't be until the weekend until I put everything together and offer the chain up, so in the mean time...
Is the number of links in the chain double what I need (I very much doubt this) or do the online calculators and the packaging of the chain differ in what they CLASS as a link (sounds more likely).
