Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. It's still over a month out, but all categories appear to be filled. I did not get in.

They;ve been having problems. Don't trust whatever the site says. They crashed and are having all of us send back in copies of our confirmations.
3's had a lot of empty spots. 4/5's were getting full. The 5's were already filled.
Hillsboro was worse.

It's back up, and I'm in for 3/4 and 1/2/3.

If I'm not too tired from getting dropped in the 4/5 or 30+ 4/5, I might hop in the 3/4's to beat you.

What do you mean by "send back copies of confirmations" How were you requested for this? I signed up for the cat5 and have a confirmation. Are they requesting that people reply back to them?
EDIT: Never mind...I found the confirmed list...I'm listed.

Yes. Check the junk mail filter on the e-mail address you use. They sent out a request to have everyone send back a copy of their confirmation to ensure that they ended up in the race.
If you're on the list now I would say that you're probably OK.

I registered before the crash of their hardware but can't find my confirmation. I think I'm gonna barf. Do you guys see the confirmation on the bikereg website?
I can't believe this crap happens to a commercial website. Since I'm in the field of data consistency, disaster recovery and business continuity as a specialty I can only shake my head.

If you follow the link in the top of this thread, it will take you to the reg site. See "Confirmed Riders" on the right side middle. If you see your name there, you're ok....I guess.

Mmm... Ok.. at least I'm in the Cat 5 race.
The 30+ 4/5 I'm not listed even though I signed up for it. Time to drop an email.

They had me back in my first race and I had to send them an email to get back into both races.
