At a nearby thrift store:
Centurion Le Mans 12.
Downtube shifters, sidepull brakes, Nitto northroad-type bars, bolt-on rear wheel, crazy double front ring-like a 28-52 or so. blue, pretty good shape (brakes worked), Tange cromoly frame.
$70.
Worth my time and trouble?

Good buy. Should have Suntour smooth friction stuff, maybe a Sugino crank set, DC brake set, slightly rando'd bars. Also should have fender eyelets. With 27" rims and Panaracer Pasela's, they make decent light tourers.
