Hi all,

Been lurking for a while while putting to gether my first ebike.

I was wondering if anyhere had ran a Crystalyte CT4825 at 60V (or higher)

I no the CT3620 can handle 48V no problem so it seems logical another 12V on the 4825 wouldnt be a problem but Im too terrified to try with out some re-assurance :)

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with your particular controller. I have both a digital and an analog 36to72vx35a controller from Clyte and have run 36,48,and 72v with no problems. The best thing to do might be to contact Kenny at Clyte kenny@crystalyte.com, he has always answered my questions.

Thanks for the response sauerleigh.

For those interested the answer I got was it can handle 58V so lithium is no problem but after that It cannot.

If anyone is thinking of buying a crystalyte kit and starting with 36 or 48V, I highly recommend spending the extra money on the 36-72V controller so you will have alot of future power options.
