I just tried a Lone Peak and I don't know if I got a bad one or not, but that thing rattled like you wouldn't believe. I'm glad I wasn't going on a trip, I would have thrown it away. I guess I'll have to keep looking. Maybe something that straps to the handlebar rather than the type with the bracket like the Lone Peak.
