SBR Coaching in Verona just added a team time trial to their schedule, so I thought I'd post the details in case some of you are interested....
Grab your training buddies and create a team of four riders. Two are responsible for time trialing a flat
course, and two are responsible for time trialing a hilly course. Your team must have a minimum of one
female. Pick your team wisely!
The goal with your team is to cover as many miles as you can on the course you’ve chosen for 1 hour.
Two riders will ride a flat course for 60 minutes and total their distance. Then the other two riders on
your team will ride the hilly course for 60 minutes and total their distance. The grand total of all four of
you will be your team score/distance.
The first set of races will begin at 10:00am at SBR with the 60 minute flat course time trial. The second
session will be the hilly course time trial starting at 11:15. Every 1:15 will alternate a flat time trial with
a hill time trial. Your team does not have to race back to back, however the two teammates responsible
for a certain profile course must time trial at the same time. Time trial start times and race profiles
are listed below. You are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your race start for registration and warmup.
Cost of Team Cycling Time Trial ‐ $60 per team (there is room for 9 teams to race)

pre‐pay for your team before March 12, 2009.
