In a long time.
I've been off the trainer and off the bike since Christmas!!! Last night the weather was in the 40s, and even though it was really wet I finally got back out. OMG I am so mad at myself. Talk about out of shape. about 5 miles all hills, good grief, I handled it fine, but dear Lord what was I thinking? I can't wait for the weather to get better. Guess who will be on the trainer all week!
