I had a great ride yesterday! I started in Stratton open space. Went up the fire road to the Chutes. Up the Chutes to Gold Camp. From there I rode up to Buckhorn and onto Captain Jacks back down Gold Camp and back down the Chutes to my car. This was the first time taking the SS to Cheyenne.... I have room for improvement, I did take the walk a shame a few times (like the last 20 feet of the Chutes going up... just couldn't make it). Conditions were great. a lot drier than I thought. Enjoy the pics!

It is missing...... We are really far behind for snowfall this year... I hope this summer doesn't fry and burn... I am getting worried

I just had lunch with a friend who lives in Divide and works in Colorado springs for USNORTHCOM

Thanks for sharing. The pics are awesome. The trails in your parts are too smooth (although very sweet looking), we have trails but they are riddled with rock gardens, but are fun. I am on the East Coast and we have lots of rocks in the hills which means rocks on the trails. I am hoping the weather gets warmer and the trails dryer so I can get out soon. Nice bike. I have a hardtail as well and other riders think I am crazy for riding the rock gardens on it.

Believe me we have rock gardens here also, this area is just awesome for flow and go type rides! I have a full suspension and hardtail.. I try to alternate!
