Thanks for all of the help from the group.. (stem and cranks questions). I have completed my updates attached are before and after images.

Quill stem with 1 1/8" to 1" inserts.
Vintage Brooks Saddle
Vintage Campagnolo seat post
Vintage Campagnolo tri-arm cranks (52t)
Wooden Handlebars

And I sanded it down to bare metal and repainted it.

ha, someone stole my bars I was using, and the wooden bars are somewhat temporary, I just haven't found anything else I like. I cut a branch off of a tree in the back yard and stripped the bark off and cut it to size... I didn't buy them.

I love the background of the photo, and I really like the paint choice of your bike. I'd be too afraid to ride that bike brakeless though (with homemade wooden bars and a super beefy gear ratio).

I have a 19t (73 gi) on one side and a 16t (87 gi) on the other. not too bad.
