I just recently starting using "CytoSport Muscle Milk" as my pre-ride drink. I was having some problems with cramping during my longer rides (25 plus miles) which made the recovery quite difficult. I was positive it was not due to hydration as I pre-hydrate and keep myself plenty hydrated during the rides. So I am thinking it had to do with something else. I heard some guys talking about how great this Muscle Milk is for pre and post rides so I tried it. I did notice a difference but I am not sure if it was due to the Muscle Milk or not. I also heard one of the guys saying that he uses this as a meal supplement and was wondering if this was wise or not. Does anyone have any insite or experience with this Muscle Milk?
