Looks to me like a bike boom Gitane Tour de France.

Look for 531 stickers on frame and fork.

I'd say it's a pre-'74 Gitane Tour de France with the optional Campy Tipo hubs. If so, it's just about the best riding bike I've ever ridden.

Gitane Tour de France. May have Stronglight crank set or Sugino Mighty. Has "upgraded" optional Tipo hubs. Should have Simplex Criterium derailleur.
