I picked up this hub at a local swap but it looks kind of weird to me.
Its definitely a track type hub but the non drive side looks weird to me.
It almost looks as if the drive side flange and spoke holes are designed for radial spoking.
Does anyone have any idea of what this is?

Looks pretty early like when they were eyeballing Phil as they decided how to make stuff.

I would not lace it 4 cross. maybe 3, 2x would be better. I would not do radial on the rive side.

Is it 120 mm overall?

Looks like a cross between Phil Wood and Campagnolo C-Record
