I only voted because I just recently updated my closet with an Elfa system,
so everything has its place, even my riding gear....

I'd call it folding.

I roll my boxers and my socks. The socks I just lay one on top of the other and roll from toe to the other end.

Boxers I hold by the waist band, tri fold and then roll.

you have to hand wash and line dry those delicate undies.

Fold socks so that they stay in pairs, throw undies in the drawer.

Everything else seems like wasted effort.

I do sometimes fold the undies, but I voted based on what I do most often...

Take stack out and turn upside down.

Replace stack in drawer.

that would be easy if the shirts all folded to the same size and a stack could be lifted out without having to take the drawer out entirely.:crash:

This is why my clothes are in baskets and on shelves. Don't have to worry about finding them in drawers.
