Does anybody ride in Staten Island? I was driving through yesterday on the way out to, where else, New Jersey, and I realized I've never even thought of riding there beyond the 5 BBT from the bridge to the ferry.
Are there rideable paths and streets? Is there a popular riding spot like Prospect Park in Brooklyn? I guess I should check the TA bike map.

This is something I happened across yesterday:

It looks like it was created a while back but I'm sure it's still accurate.

I'm curious about Staten Island, too.
It's a quicker and more pleasant ride for me to get there than to good NJ riding spots north of the GWB (9W, etc). Last fall I rode over the Bayonne Bridge to SI a couple times, but never explored more than a mile or two from the bridge.
Frankie, thanks for the cue sheet - maybe I'll give it a shot.

I did a club ride circumnavigation of the island last fall. I think it was around 45 miles or so. It was pretty flat save for some roads near the center of the island. The winds more than made up for the lack of hills.
