I visited the Swedish bicycle/motorcycle/moped fair On Two Wheels (http://www.stofair.se/patvahjul) today. Here’s their list of the top 10 bicycle trends (or whatever) in Sweden:
1. MTB was not a ”fly” and racing is hot again
2. Long races dominate the contests
3. Freeride
4. Dirt/BMX
5. Fully subdued (is that the word?)
6. Lighter accessories
7. High-tech clothing
8. Titan, carbon, magnesium, aluminium
9. 30-geared automatic gearbox
10. Athetes (our Swedish teams Team Crescent and Team Mälarenergi)
