The only vintage Guerciotti frames I've seen has the Guerciotti name etched in block print or cursive under the seat post.

Bad news: It has a hairline crack and the frame is too small. :notamused:

Looks like an alan built frame to me, I don't know if/what the model designation would be. Cool wall art if you can't ride it.

you could buy those things very cheap back in the '70s. I never saw one with Guerciotti on it before, but various manufacturers rebadged them.

In the '70s, it was pretty typical to see an Alan without any decals in the central Atlantic region of the U.S. I'm not sure who was importing them, but they didn't bother to put a brand on them.

Cyclotoine nailed it. Alan rebadged as Guerciotti.

I always spell it all caps: ALAN, that's what their decal does, and it's an acronym. If you really want to keep it (or just fix it before your sell) a *good* welder might be able to grind out the crack and fill with weld material. I have used an expert aluminum welder before who could do amazing work, but the key word is "expert": he wouldn't touch the job unless he could guarantee the safety of the weld. Around here (West Coast) the most common re-badged ALAN is the Guerc, you nearly see as many as a factory ALAN.

I had a blue "Record" model. It rode well but was a bit small for me, so I sold it. Here's what they look like built up - mine was all Shimano Dura Ace:
