Anyone ever talked to their support on the phone or had e-mails answered. I've left msgs both ways 2 weeks ago and no love.

This is not good, my registration key from their website won't activate my CD. I sent them a message through the support site on Saturday...

The one time I used the email support(6 weeks or so ago), I received an answer within 2 hours.

Coggan and Allen often monitor the Wattage group. I'd post over there.

I have used their email support on several occasions and have always gotten answers within a reasonable time, about 1 business day.

I have had good luck with emailing over the course of the past week. You may want to try again, check your spam box, etc.

Hey, don't go dragging me into this! ;) I've only licensed (some of) my ideas to Peaksware LLC; I don't work (or really all that closely with, actually) for them.
