I'm amazed at how many people I know complain about their situation but do nothing different to change it.

Tell me about it. And when they do find a solution, they can't remember what it was later that day.

Overall, I agree, but keep in mind because one knows the solution does not put them in a place they can yet enact that solution. Maybe they need to keep venting about it until they have the ability to enact the solution. It does tend to suck listening to it all the time though.

That's me in a nutshell.
Kid graduates next year. Probably moving to FL next year. Don't want another job doing the same thing. I know what to do, but everything is up in the air right now. So in the meantime, I vent alot.

I meant they have the solution in hand, used it, worked great, but they would rather be miserable because that is what they know.
