Just received a new Brooks Swift, brown color and Ti rails.

Very beautiful saddle and I actually prefer the visuals vs the Swallow. I love the larger rivets on the Swift.

I have an older Swift on a different bike and was able to compare them. Big difference is the new one has bag holder eyelets on the rear. For the life of me, I don't know why they'd do that to a lightened up, speed oriented saddle. Puzzling. Probably just trying to save some pounds by making one type of rail system for all Ti saddles.

I may have to get the dremel to zip 'em away.

They've also added a little sticker to one rail, proclaiming 'Titanium'. A little over the top for me and its going to be peeled off.

Can't wait to start breaking in this one.

I want a swift so bad, but a black or honey saddle just won't look good on a white and turquoise bike.
Personally... I wouldn't complain about the bag loops. Add a tiny bit of practicality, just in case you need it some time.

I didn't mind the loops--actually used them a few times. But that sticker was quickly removed.

I like the loops, too. small saddlebags are a life saver. Ive been using a swift for four years and love it. I have another bike with a wrights swallow and its not as comfortable, but I do like the look on older, wiry bikes.

I used the bag loops on mine for attaching a flasher; I strung a very small and unobtrusive zip tie between the loops. You can't even see it from the back, but when you hook the flasher clip over it, it puts it right where it should be.

The bag loops are great. On my "fast" bike, without a rack or any other cargo accoutrements, the loops enable me to use a medium Acorn bag, in which I pack my lunch, sometimes breakfast, and a few articles of clothing.

Literally revolutionized the way I do my commute.
