I've got a catalog that has that RX5 one in it. Probably a 1984 or 1985. Of 8 road bikes made this one was second from the bottom on the ladder. That gold/blue tubing decal on the seat tube above the bottom bracket doesn't say Tange but the main tubes of the frame are double-butted Tange Chro-Mo so that isn't bad.

Components on it when new (Shimano Z type brake set and derailleurs, and a SR crank) weren't anything special, and when new it had alloy Araya rims. Paint looks kinda nicked up. Needs a saddle and a tune-up, bar tape, tires.....

Any decent bike that fits you is worth $100 or more. If you are looking for a candidate frame for a SS/fixie conversion this one would be fine for that.

The seller is likely fishing for big offers. If he thinks he's sitting on a gold mine he is mistaken.

If I stumbled upon that bike locally, I would be thinking more $50-75 range. If I were looking to keep and ride it, would go to $100, but no higher. That is based on the used bike market in the Cleveland area, so your geographical mileage may vary.
