I'm looking for a micro tire pump, for shrader valves, that will fit inside of a 7" wide x 2" deep x 4" tall tool bag, non-CO2 preferred. Any ideas? The ones I've seen are just a little too big, around 8" long. I have an old school schwinn with no water bottle mount, and would prefer to keep the pump hidden.

as another option. There are a couple of pumps there that attach permanently to the bike and have a hose. I have used the Quicker Pro there, a decent pump, but lacking a hose that I would now consider a must. I normally carried the Quicker in my tool wrap-up bag.

Crank brothers makes some pumps that will fit in your bag. I've got the PPU in a saddle bag.

Theres nothing IMO as good as a Topeak Road Morph but its to big for your needs !!

+1 for the Road Morph if you have 700c, high pressure, low volume tires. If you have 26" tires, high volume, lower pressure, you could go with a smaller pump.

After looking for ages, I picked up a Lezyne Pressure Drive M. It is totally metal. The fittings screw onto the valve - so no leakage. It's very small. And the LBS let me try it to pump up a road tire to 100 PSI before I picked it up -- worked great for such a small pump.

And the mounting bracket (next to bottle cage) is great.

If you want your new pump to last, keep it covered. The under-bottle cage bracket is convenient, but one wet ride or several dusty rides will contaminate the seals. I keep mine in my camelbak or mess bag. My mini pump is the same one I got 12 yrs. ago, and still works well. My friends who carry their pumps on the frame get a new one every season.
