MSU hosted a collegiate cycling event on February 28-March 1. The road races Saturday took place in pretty awful conditions (see road race image in above thread); criterium events on Sunday were better. It was clear but very cold. The start of the first group was delayed a couple of hours waiting for ice to melt on the parking lots that comprised the course.

I'm a faculty member at the school and a sport/fitness rider (no racing !). The road course was through a really pretty part of the area that I and many others here frequently ride.
If you're ever in the area, http://mapmyride.com (search on Murray KY or our zip, 42071) has many routes, including segments of the race, posted.
