Bicycle Mechanics - My Park Tool chain break broke!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Damn thing snapped this morning. Now I need to see if they'll replace it for free. I'm going to see if my LBS will exchange it and send it back as if it was theirs.

What actually broke? If it's the pin, they'll have replacements but they won't be free because that's a disposable part. Bike shops have to pay for replacement pins too.
The pin snapped off but, admittedly, I did not look to see if it was replacable. Regardless, it really sucked to say the least.

Park has been very cool to me. I found an email address on their web site and got great help.
Granted, the only bad break I've had is the handlebars on my PZT-1 pizza cutter during a party. I told them, and they sent new handlepars pronto. Super customer service.

I looked at it and it is just the pin, now I need my LBS to order the replacement.
