EDIT - earlier start time
Who's in for a post TTT excursion through the East Bay Hills? To accommodate the TTT we'll be starting at 11:45 at Orinda BART.

Orinda BART north to Wildcat - one of my favorite climbs, not too steep but quite pretty.
Follow the road through Tilden to the bottom of South Park. Hop the gate and climb - definitely a tougher climb than Wildcat - the road is currently closed to cars so we'll just need to watch for pedestrians.
After south park head left on Grizzly Peak and take in the views until we meet Skyline. Turn right on Skyline and descend on Tunnel. There are some good views, but the road surface gets in the way of this being a great descent. Take Tunnel into Berkeley past the Claremont Hotel then climb Claremont to Grizzly Peak. Claremont is deceptive, it starts shallow and gets progressively steeper. It's never outrageously steep but it's a gift that keeps on giving.
At the top of Claremont turn right on Grizzly Peak and follow the road round and turn left on Skyline until you reach the junction with Pinehurst. Take the right road for a twisty descent down Shepherd Canyon which will spit us out in Montclair and a biobreak/*bux opportunity.
After catching a break in Montclair it's time to climb back up Shepherd Canyon - starts of easy but you'll be standing up again by the time we're in the trees. That was the last big climb so now we get the technical descent of Pimehurst - watch for off camber corners and loose gravel at the top but once we've dispensed with the twisties you have one of the best straightish runs around - a gentle donwnhill through Canyon that allows even mediocre riders like me to push above 25mph without much difficulty.
Then it's loop back round through Moraga up Moraga Way to Orinda BART - all in just shy of 40miles with ~5000ft of climbing.
We can ad lib at the time if we need to change the distance or amount of climbing. Either way it should be fun!
