Check out the jersey near the bottom of this site for the Pennsylvania State Police Benefit Bicycle Ride. I think it could quite possibly be the ugliest jersey I've ever seen. :D Although I guess to each his/her own. I'm sure someone likes it a lot. BTW, no offence to anyone here who may have had a hand in it's design. :)

I think the green and black stripes are what makes it a bit ugly. Should have kept it the blue that is on the sleeves through out. Is the a meaning behind the green and black stripes?

Not sure. I thought that was the MD State Police colors. But maybe it's PA as well.
