I just got a tri bike, I had a local bike shop put it together, but he didn't help me fit the bike. I rode it and my arms are definitely stretched out past 90 degrees. Should I move the seat forward, or the aero bars back?

well I'm pretty sure I found out you can not adjust the aero bars back. I have the seat all the way forward and I am still a little stretched out. Is there anything I can do, or am I pretty much SOL?

You might get some answers here but I'd go ask the folks at slowtitch. Do a search on fit and you can find lots and lots of good information about bike fit.
Good luck

Yup www.slowtwitch.com
I just put together my first tri bike and had to buy another barstem as the one I had was to short, It'll take alot of trial and error to get your bike right and slowtwitch will help alot!
If your bike is tri specific you shouldnt have to have the seat all the way forward sounds like you need a shorter barstem.
Good Luck
