I did a search and goggled it to no avail
by on training peaks you can put in the number of minutes you've spent in each zone my HRM only gives me average and max
I've been toying with the idea of upgrading my HRM eventually so I'm wondering what models have the function to say you spent x minutes in this zone etc
I'd like something I can use when biking or at the gym or a hike, snow shoe etc
I had a Polar RS200 that had it, and I know the Garmin Edges do it... probably the forerunners also.

I often setup a zone manually, that may include more or less range than a normal "zone." As far as using or needing all zones, I have a hard time understanding why or how it would be worth anything to you unless it also recorded an entire time line -of how and when you accumulated that time.
I think the "Ciclo" company makes that kind of thing, along with "powertap?"

The Garmin forerunner series has it. Also, you can get a small "pod" that will record data from your Timex & you can view it/download it later. I think it is called "bodylink", so check & see if your HR monitor is compatible with it.
As mentioned above, Garmin units have 5 zones you can customize. My Edge 305 tracks how much time is spent in each zone. Really a lot of good information available.
My wife has a Polar F11 that tracks exercise in three zones and that works just fine for her.
The better Polar HRMs and computers should do this. You can set 3 zones in my several years old Polar 720, and the data output will give you effectively 5 zones: The 3 zones, time below lowest zone, time above highest zone.

The Timex Data Recoder 2 (http://www.trisports.com/20tidare2.html) records the HR every 2 seconds from any digital Timex HRM. Data can be uploaded and viewed. You can customize 5 zones and the data is stored in a MS Access database so it is relatively easy to create custom reports. I calculate a TRIMP index for all workouts.

Polar 720 and 725 for sure, and the newer series also. Check the Polar website. These HRMs sample data every 5, 15, or 60 seconds, depending on your setting. You then download the data into your compter with an IR USB link. The Polar computer software, which comes with the HRM, displays time in zones, can be 5 or more, which you can set up yourself. Very nice. These units themselves, however, do not display time-in-zone. Some of the simpler HRMs, which don't download, will display time in 1-3 zones.
