Coming home from a shopping trip I noticed this couple out with their kid. If they put some racks on their bikes they could be doing errand running. The guy is carrying the kid on his back. He had the straps tied on the kids legs in an interesting way, but I couldn't get a closeup. The kid seemed comfortably asleep back there.
