ROFL!! No frame sizes, no price, no original frame decals or story as to why there aren't any, no serial number so that it could be tracked back to verify it's a Paramount, no list to tell us which of the components that we are seeing on the frame are actually coming with it, no nothing.
Tell ya what ... I'll offer $25, and you pay to ship it to me!

...to verify it's a Paramount
Come-on now, there's nothing wrong with this ad. If someone saw the frame and was interested they could do as the seller suggests and make inquiries to the Email address provided.
FWIW: Just looking at it, it's clearly a Paramount tandem from the '69 - early '70's. They're quite distinctive when they still have their original cranksets and fork.

My father in law used to have one of these. The mixtie style cross bracing and the fork crown are pretty obvious features. They were good at the time, but very noodley by today's standards. Not sure the stoker bars are stock though... ;)

All kidding aside, they may be the originals as the stoker stem looks to be stock. However, the front bars are definitely not OEM spec.;);)

Neither is the V-brake in the rear nor, I believe, the rear wheel. Then again, the ad says "frame" so ... what are we even talking about? I do agree that it's *probably* an old Paramount, but my point was simply that the ad told us nothing.
I could have just said that, but if you look at the OP's tag line, you'll see that he's one who clearly appreciates sarcasm ..... !!

certainly true for a single Paramount (of which I've owned 2
). Not sure that's correct for a tandem. However, I've got to confess the lack of any actual knoweldge in that regard.

While there were some early lugged Paramount tandems... and I mean really early, I'm pretty sure they were fillet-brazed upon their re-introduction as a stock frame in 1969. I could be wrong as I'm going from memory here.

L = December and G = 1971... A second phase Paramount Tandem that ran from mid-1970 through 1979 and used the conventional Schwinn serial number sequence.
The '69 through mid '70's Paramount tandems (first phase) used a Paramount serial numbering sequence.

Slight correction, L=November ("I" was not used for September because it could be confused for a "1"), thus J=September and M=December. :)
It is a T-22 Paramount, or a "Mens-Mens" as opposed to the T-19 which was a "Mens-Step Through."
Since there are no decals left, and just looking at the edge of headbadge, I'd guess that it has been repainted. The cranksets, maybe the pedals, the captain's Campy seatpost, the front brakes, shifters, stems, and the RD, all look original. But the FD, rear brake & wheel, and bars (as already noted), are replacements.
This is either a good candidate for a full on restoration ($$$$), or just living with the frame in the "as found" condition, and making due with bringing it up to a road worthy condition in order to enjoy the ride. My very uneducated opinion is that it is possibly worth $200-400 (low if new paint, higher if original).
Probably not many Paramount Tandems were made in 1971. Since the frame is fillet brazed, Paramount Tandems of this vintage are more like Super Sports or Sports Tourers. They are nice hand built frames. Most were probably special ordered.
I'm tempted to make an offer, but neither my wife nor daughter could ride this frame. Best of luck on finding it a new home.

Correct. The tandems were not lugged.
As for what it's worth, not a lot. Here's a link to a 73 Paramount that is complete, almost ready to ride, and way closer to stock than this one, and it sold for $450. http://tinyurl.com/a5g2op
