I am going to do an MS150 in Sept and I am starting my training today and would like to get some opinions on a good balanced diet. I eat ok but not really healthy, I have searched the web and there is so much out there I dont know who to believe. I want to do well this year as far as riding as much as possible and completing this MS150. If anyone knows of any sites or just plain good advice I would appreciate it :o
