I'm currently in the middle of a cross-country bike ride to raise money for Parkinson's research. I left San Diego on March 6 and expect to arrive in St. Augustine, Florida, on April 30.
My ride is completely self-funded--100 percent of all contributions go directly to the Davis Phinney Foundation.
I'm riding in memory of my grandfather and in honor of my boyfriend's two uncles who are living with the disease.
