Here's a link from another forum that might prompt some interesting commentary in A & S.

Discussion on this article is going on in at least 3 other subforums. Looks like the OP here, improperly copied the link and then did not bother to check that it worked.

is it too much to ask that cyclists act more like (considerate) people and less like (inconsiderate) cars?

Aren't a good part of our problems caused by the way we move (our behavior) rather than what makes us move (car or bike)?

Agreed. The four suggestions offered by the writer are good for Cycling Friendly... no matter who you are.

They can't get the motorists to obey the most basic traffic laws, what chance do they have convincing cyclists they should obey what are for the most part motor vehicle-centric traffic laws???

thank you so much for your kind assessment and correction. It was not intended as a dig on you specifically, but more an annoyance at how many threads include bad links. Almost all, could be simply corrected by double checking the link works before moving on.

I as well as many here have done the same, only to realize too late the annoyance we have caused others.

Fine, maybe we could stop at major intersections... sheesh... :)

Closet I like your comment in addition to his.

Even this author used a helmet as fuel for his argument :(.
