I just moved my vetta VT 255 L odometer from my road bike to my comfort bike. It seems I have set everything up correctly. The magnet nearly touches the sensor. I just changed the battery and reprogramed the unit. There are all zeros on it except the time. I even checked the contacts where the unit clips in and they appear ok. Problem is when I spin the wheel nothing happens. Am I missing something real simple.

Did you remove or change the battery in the head unit? If so, carefully remove and reinstall it. Worked for me last time I did an install on a new computer.

It was acting very crazy and the battery reinstall corrected it. Not sure why but worth a shot.
