Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Build my Pake for me!

Ok, i just got a job at BTI (Bicycle Technologies International) and have free reign as far as wholesale part prices:thumb: now, i have my pake track frame and fork currently still brand new and now that I get discount parts i can build for cheap. so i need you guys to help me build this beast. I want the best and lightest parts possible...again, i want this to be as light as possible so if that means all carbon fiber then i guess thats what i will get. imagine a flat black frame and fork with all gloss carbon parts:thumb:. So I'm going to post a link to their site so you all can look at what I get to play with all day.

light is to pake as cold is to fire. Why not get a different frame if that's your goal

theres no actual need to sell it, but if you want to go for a light bike, then there are definitely better frames for it

those are all nice but even if i built the pake it'd still be like riding a feather compared to my slow and heavy GED

yeah but it's not worth the money even with a discount in my opinion. Spend your money on a frame and work on components from their.

if you're going for light and have access to cinelli frames at cost it should be something of a no brainer me thinks....

probably not. But if you are talking carbon and don't care about price I'm sure even you would agree that it's not the correct frame for that build

I was pretty sure that working at a bike parts cataloger, distributor, or shop involved kind of a Fight Club rule 1 when it comes to getting parts at cost?

Crank: FSA Carbon Track, or SRAM S300 courier so you can use a 3/32 drivetrain (barely lighter)
Wheels: Aerohead rims with Campagnolo Pista hubs, or a burlier rim with the American Classic hubs (lower spoke count+lower hub weight)

That's only using stuff from your site. The bike would have a ton more potential if you got parts from a few different places, but if you're getting a good deal, that makes up for it.

Thanks for all your replies, I will probably be putting the pake up for sale soon, I'm thinking two hundred for frame and fork. Then pick up a cinelli for cheap. I get the Vigorelli for 704.06
