Saw this on CL for $100.
If there are no dents or rust is it worth that?

As long as the frame and fork are straight, in my opinion it is a bargain for $100. Similar Reynolds framesets on Ebay have gone for $400.

I bought the frame. The guy threw in a Stronglight headset. He wouldn't budge on the price.
It looks really good. There is some corrosion on the head badge which may or may not clean off otherwise it's very clean paint.

The chainstay has "660" on it but the '85 catalog shows this green color as a 670 and the 660 as red. Not sure what that means but I believe it was component difference on those 2 models.
There is no seat post binder bolt. It seems that some people make a big deal if it <IS> still in the frame.
So I will go over to ISO/WTB to look for one.

I asked him about other components but he had already parted the complete bike out, he described the nice original bits, bummer. He said, "I am a businessman, I sell bikes and parts".
