it can be difficult to get up and do what's necessary to achieve your goals, but i have found reading other posters stories of success to be a great source of inspiration... but for a little more inspiration i read though the stories over on bicycling magazine:

It's also inspirational that most--if not all--of them are in my age range. That means that you don't have to be in your 20's to lose the weight!

I use to say that and now I have lost 121 lbs so far 40 or 45 to go . Just like today I need to get up and go to the gym tonight !!! The evil forces are trying to keep me in my chair its cold raining and just plain nasty here . BUT I am going no matter what . AS that company says JUST DO IT ! Iam 53 be 54 next month . If I can do it anyone can .:thumb:

That is brilliant!

The most amazing thing I noticed is how many people had illnesses (requiring medication) or injuries (first girl had some braces) that have now gone away.
