Just wanted to let everyone know that there is hope in this world and the people living in it.
Got hit by a car yesterday... (again).
If only there was a prize for this, itīs beginning to be a weekly thing for me :rolleyes: .
Seriously, back to the point.
I donīt really know whoīs fault this was but both me and my bike went flying through the air in something that resembled a crappy 360, and ended up on the sidewalk.
The driver flew out of the car, and I thought "****, this was really my own fault and Iīm prob going to have to pay for a new bumper now".
This is the thing, he was out of himself with concern for me, and if I was alright, offering me a ride to the hospital, a ride home, anything I wanted basically!
Another miracle was that I got away with a bruise on my knee, and my bike looks as good as it did before!
I checked it and checked it again, and after that I checked it again :D . NOTHING! not a scratch!
I settled for his name and phone number, discretely wrote the reg plate number down, and went happily on my way home.
This was really a change for me since all the other accidents I had, the drivers either flipped me off or just kept driving....
Do I have to mention that all day long I had been walking around in a "fog" and this accident actually got me in an excellent mood for the rest of the day.
On top of that, the sun is shining today and the wind only exists in theory this beautiful morning.
There is hope people :o
